Kayleigh Kopach is a Programs Coordinator at Healthcare Ready. In this role, she supports a broad range of projects that maintain critical supply chain and healthcare infrastructure. Additionally, she assists with ongoing collaboration between public and private sectors.

Kayleigh holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in health science from Virginia Commonwealth University. During her studies, she had the opportunity to intern with several nonprofits who worked with vulnerable populations in the Richmond, Virginia area. This reinforced her passion for health equity and love of community outreach. Later, Kayleigh worked for Michael Baker International on several contracts for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). As a Customer and Data Services Specialist, she learned about preparing for and responding to natural disasters and assisted a variety of stakeholders in emergency management. She also has a background in technical writing and editing.

In her free time, Kayleigh enjoys traveling and photography, spending time with friends, and learning Muay Thai.
