Lily is a Research and Policy Specialist at Healthcare Ready where she manages key research projects and initiatives related to healthcare, public health, emergency management, and health equity. She also supports proposal development for grant/contract opportunities. Before Healthcare Ready, she worked as a researcher focused on women’s health policy and Medicare/Medicaid policy. With a passion for policy, especially in promotion of health equity, she has found a home at Healthcare Ready.

She has completed a Master’s in Public Policy concentrating on health policy and reproductive and sexual health policy at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Clark University.

Outside of work, Lily spends time baking and seeking out the best live music around DC.
