Sara Roszak, DrPH

Sara Roszak, DrPH serves as Vice President of Pharmacy Care and Health Strategy at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) where she is responsible for a portfolio focused on the advancement, expansion, and reimbursement of pharmacy care services. Separately, she serves as Vice President of Research where she oversees evidence-based, principal investigator-led research projects funded by the NACDS Foundation, a charitable organization focused on improving public health and patient care. Prior to joining NACDS and the NACDS Foundation, she managed several Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funded grants at the National Association of County and City Health Officials. From 2009 to 2011, she worked for U.S. Senator Bob Graham in various capacities while he co-chaired a congressional commission focused on preventing biological terrorism and then a presidential commission focused on the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill. In 2015, she was awarded the American Public Health Association’s Jay S. Drotman Memorial Award for a young professional who has demonstrated outstanding potential by challenging traditional public health practice in a creative way. Dr. Roszak graduated with a doctorate in public health (DrPH) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May 2019. She obtained her master in public health (MPH) in global health and MA in international affairs from the George Washington University in December 2011.
