2023 November – Mental Health & Resiliency Training

Healthcare Ready Mental Health & Resiliency Training

Restoring the Healthcare Workforce for Equity is an initiative to support the wellness and resilience of our healthcare workforce, especially those who work in health centers and clinics. The trainings created through this initiative are made possible through our incredible network of partners and sponsor, the Center for Disaster Philanthropy.

The Mental Health & Resilience Training is a two-part curriculum providing healthcare workers with knowledge, tools and techniques to support and maintain their wellbeing and their resilience to be able to continue the fight against COVID-19. Trainings are designed in a “train the trainer” format on the following topics:

  1. Stress, trauma & resiliency

  2. Personal and professional wellness

  3. Impact of COVID on the mental health of healthcare workers

  4. Seeking help for ourselves & others

  5. Resilience & wellness program development
