Erik Little

Erik Little is Senior Vice President of Replenishment Operations at Cencora, a Fortune 10 healthcare services company. He leads a talented team of Supply Chain experts that handle procurement, replenishment, and inventory management for all Generic Rx, Over-the-counter, and Animal Health products. Erik manages a fast-moving portfolio of over 50B in annual inventory spend and 1.2 million SKUs that forms the core of AmerisourceBergen’s distribution business. His team works closely with supplier partners, operations teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure access to critical products to support human and animal health and wellbeing.

Erik works to resolve product access issues at regional, governmental, and industry levels through managing nationwide allowances of product in limited supply, mapping the pharmaceutical supply chain, and serving as an expert consultant internally as well as externally. He has collaborated with FDA, HHS, the Duke Margolis Center for Health Policy, Cleveland Clinic, and Angels for Change among others. He is a member of the Resilinc Healthcare Transparency Initiative board and was recently recognized by the Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) for his data transparency efforts around COVID-19.
