Angie Im serves as the associate director of research and policy at Healthcare Ready, where she manages a diverse portfolio of research projects with government agencies and private partners, with a focus on critical healthcare infrastructure. Before joining Healthcare Ready, Im led operations and developed internal and external policies for startups in telemedicine and AI and machine learning. She also helped transform global data and analytics operations with companies across semiconductor manufacturing, pharma, and health systems during her time at IBM Watson Health Consulting. Im brings to Healthcare Ready her extensive experience in state and federal government and over 15 years of work with nonprofit organizations. Angie holds a Master of Science in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.

Angie Im can serve as a subject matter expert on public health and federal and regional disaster preparedness, health access and equity, community resilience, and capacity-building among the healthcare workforce.
